We want you to be happy with your Lady Primrose purchase, and we will accommodate returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, per our return policy listed below.

• Reason for return/exchange. Complete the return form included with your order. 
• Pack the item in the original packaging, secure the address label, and send the merchandise to:

If you are requesting a refund, a credit will be issued to your credit card or original form of payment when we receive the returned merchandise. No credit will be given for damaged or broken items.  Please note that returns and refunds are available only for items purchased directly from our website, www.gentlemen1677.com.
