All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another email notification once your order has shipped.  All orders fulfilled in the order in which they are received.


Shipping charges will be a flat rate of $5.00 (USD) per order ranging from $1-$100 for ground orders. Orders exceeding $100 will receive Free Ground Shipping.  You do have options at checkout to select other shipping services if desired. Please note that economy and free shipping through USPS will take approximately 8-10 business days to arrive.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Keep in mind, that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Please note that Gentlemen 1677 is not responsible for these charges, so please make note that if these charges are applied, these are the responsibility of the customer.


FedEx is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If you want your order shipped through FedEx, you will be required to provide a street address.


A refund, return, or exchange must be processed within 14 days of receipt.

If you are requesting a refund, return, or exchange, please email explaining the reason for refund request.  A Return Merchandise Form will be sent to you.  A credit will be issued to your credit card when we receive the merchandise in good condition and if possible, in the original shipping box or envelope.  Keep in mind that if items return to Gentlemen 1677 damaged or broken, we'll be unable to complete your refund request.
